Responsibility：

工作职责：

Ø Drive the business development and operation for game business in Korea, complete the target of revenue.

负责游戏业务在韩国市场的开拓和推广，完成韩国公司的营收目标；

Ø Take charge of the management of BD, operation and relative team of Korea Branch.

负责韩国公司的各项管理事务；

Ø Responsible for team management and performance evaluation.

负责韩国公司的人员管理，绩效考核；

Ø Responsible for launching new game in Korea, deal with important issues.

负责相关游戏产品在韩国公司的顺利上线，协调处理重要问题。

Requirement：

任职资格：

Ø Bachelor degree or above, familiar with the game industry, at least 5 years+ management experience.

大学本科或以上学历，熟悉网络游戏的产品及用户，五年以上的管理经验；

Ø Have strong market sensitivity, good at Integration of resources to reach the company's goals.

具备强烈的市场敏感性，善于整合运用各种市场资源，达成公司目标；

Ø Strong management skills and decision-making capacity, good communication skills.

较强的管理能力和决策能力，良好的沟通技巧和说服能力

Ø Self-confidence, optimism, enthusiasm, good teamwork ability.

坦诚自信，乐观进取，高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神；

Ø Chinese is a must.

能流利始终中韩双语进行沟通。
